The project must be complete by March 1st, 2024. The project is located adjacent and through rural driveways and orchards approximately 1/2 mile north of Midway Road from 1/2 mile east of Batavia Road to Porter Road, near Dixon in Solano county California. The project generally includes installing approximately 1,660 feet of 48-inch diameter, DR l7 HDPE pipe and steel fittings; connections to existing pipes and installation of valve risers and access structures; demolition and removal of reinforced concrete vents and junction boxes; removal and abandonment of existing pipelines; installation of valves, and appurtenances, and surface restoration. The District has pre-purchased 48" HDPE pipe and fittings and will be furnishing an assortment of fabricated steel pipe special fittings, see Appendix g for complete list.

The work includes upgrading electrical infrastructure at 33 existing pumping plants and well sites throughout Solano County including installing new service poles, electrical panels, conduits and conductors, fencing, grounding systems, connecting new electrical feeders to existing pumps and wells, performing electrical system studies and coordination with PG&E.

The Project must be complete by March 1, 2023 and will require simultaneous work on two headings. The project is along the east side of Abernathy Road, beginning just north of Mankas Coner Rd and terminating just south of Piazza Lane in Fairfield, CA

The work includes upgrading electrical and security infrastructure at 13 existing pumping plants and well sites throughout Solano County including installing new service poles, electrical panels, conduits and conductors, fencing, grounding system, connecting new electrical feeders to existing pumps and wells, and coordination with PG&E.

The project generally includes installing approximately 1,312 feet of 48-inch diameter, 764 feet of 42-inch diameter, 1,612 feet of 30-inch pipe, 3,884 feet of 24-inch diameter by open cut, pipe bursting and horizontal directional drilling and 518 feet of 18-inch diameter DR 17 HDPE pipe; connections to existing pipes and control structures; demolition and removal of reinforced concrete vents and junction boxes; removal and abandoment of existing pipelines; installation of valves, and appurtenances, and surface restoration. The District has pre-purchased the HDPE pipe, and valves and fittings larger than 12" diameter.

The project is located at the end of Buena Vista Lane in Vacaville, California. The Rural North Vacaville Water District (RNVWD) owns two wells which are operated by the Solano Irrigation District. Well 1 is located to the south of Buena Vista Lane and Well 2 is located to the north of Buena Vista Lane approximately 1,000 feet north of Well 1. A skid mounted AdEdge Water Treatment System for arsenic removal will be installed at the Well 1 site and be capable of treatingwater from Well 1 or Well 2. This project includes, but is not limited to, installing owner furnished AdEdge Water Treatment System, installing owner furnished backwash tank and pump; furnishing and installing chemical storage tanks and pump systems, site piping, valves and appurtenances, and electrical and instrumentation systems.

This project includes installing 48-inch diameter District supplied HDPE pipe in existing 54-inch diameter corrugated metal pipes, including removing concrete debris and placing concreted rock slope protection at the inlets and outlets and other related work. This work is located on the Solano Irrigation District Dally Lateral D-1-C spill crossing under Hay Road, Solano County known as the Noonan Drain.
