Electrical Upgrades Phase 2A Project
The work includes upgrading electrical infrastructure at 33 existing pumping plants and well sites throughout Solano County including installing new service poles, electrical panels, conduits and conductors, fencing, grounding systems, connecting new electrical feeders to existing pumps and wells, performing electrical system studies and coordination with PG&E.

A Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held for all general contractors who wish to submit a bid
for this project. The pre-bid meeting will be held at the Solano Irrigation District Board Room
(Berryessa Room) 810 Vaca Valley Parkway, Vacaville, CA. Bids will not be accepted from
contractors who do not attend this meeting.
Contractors shall be prequalified for this project prior to bid opening for their bid to be accepted. Information on prequalification may be obtained on the District’s website at www.sidwater.org/bids.aspx
